pa + Super- Our client, an Australian Consulting and Business Advisory Firm, is currently on the lookout for a professional candidate that is looking to step up in to a secretarial role and loves being the face of a company!
Duties:
- Management of Reception
- Operation of Switchboard
- Management and presentation of Meeting Rooms
- Secretarial Services to two of the Firm's Divisional Directors including management of correspondence, document preparation and other similar secretarial tasks
- Filing
- Management of firm wide correspondence
- Supplies management
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent Corporate Image and Professional Presentation is a MUST!
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Dedication to Client Services
- Experience with MS Office
- Happy to do the mundane as well as the general housekeeping in regards to the meeting rooms and the office!
