My client is one of the oldest and most reliable suppliers of medical products in Western Australia to both medical professionals and the general public. A family run business that has grown and matured for over 30 years are now seeking a suitably qualified Accounts & Administration Clerk to join their organisation and provide support to the Finance and Administration team.
Reporting to the Accountant your key responsibilities will involve:
Processing creditors invoices - high volume
Maintaining price lists for all inventory
Maintenance of purchase orders
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
End of month cash up & mail collection
Relief Reception & Customer service as required
The successful person will have the following skills & attributes:
Possess strong clerical skills
Experience working in a high volume invoice processing environment
Sound understanding of accounts payable & receivable
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suites
Bright, dynamic & willing to pitch in wherever required
Well-developed organisation skills & attention to detail
Have excellent communications skills, both verbal & written
Have a friendly and confident telephone manner
Ability to pick up new accounting systems quickly - MFG Pro
